hey..i got first commemt..awesome..too bad i do NOT have my list ready..i will return shortly..thanks for the sports diva spot..your right of course, easiest and bestest job i ever had girlfriend! :P
OK..these folks show up on Everybody's list:
SAMUEL A. ALITO:nope not him..too much liberal bias in the 3rd Circuit Court of Appeals..Bushie will want a tried and true rightwing nutjob.
ALBERTO GONZALES:: Something tells me this guy will be the nominee..he has his nose so far up Bush's ass he knows what the jackass had for breakfast..Bush has given him half a dozen jobs and the guy would probably do anything for Bush to get a life long appointment to the High Court.
EMILIO GARZA:Hope its not this guy..he is so "anti-abortion" he wants the law overturned real bad..
EDITH HOLLAN JONES:Another hard line anti-abortion judge.
J. MICHAEL LUTTIG:Another hard line conservative, but he does believe very strongly in states rights..
MICHAEL McCONNELL: He says the roe v. wade is settled and he has no wish to overturn it. he was against the impeachment of Prez Clinton and he is respected on both sides of the fence..I HOPE HE GETS IT over the other conservatives.
J. HARVIE WILKINSON III:The ONLY thing i can say about this guy is this: he dissented on the Jerry Falwell v. Penthouse Magazine case..he said and I quote:"nothing is more thoroughly democratic than to have the high and mighty lampooned and spoofed." The Supreme Court later overturned the emotional distress award.FUCK FALWELL that fat prick.
I second ALL nominations.
As for the new judge, make it an animal, like a monkey.
Monkeys are funny. Just like "justice". A match made in heaven?
I don't think it's the fat part, I think it's the prick part.
Can't we get a liberal into the seat?
Dusty, whose a good liberal to put into Sandra's robe?
ANY of the judges from the 9th Circuit Court of Appeals would work alice..its THE most liberal court in the land, and its driving bush up the wall..so much so in fact that they(read:BUsh administration) are thinking of ways to break UP the 9th CCA to diffuse its power. thats so messed up in my humble opinion..bush is not into fixing shit..he just wants to change the US into his vision..a hapless bunch of idiots that have lots of money and no rights for anyone that makes under a million bucks a year..
