Handshakes
How the hell do you do them?
I know stupid question, you put your hand in another persons and shake it up and down.
Or at least that is what I thought you did.
Apparently not.
Evidently there is some kind of artform to shaking hands. Since I am out and about looking for a job I have come across some doozies.
1. Women shake hands differently than men. Why? I don't know. Apparently I shake hands like a guy. None of that pussy half-hearted limp wristed shit for me.
2. In interviewing processes not only does the Interviewer check to see how you are shaking, but you sometimes they shake badly to see what your reaction is. (crap)
I have got to find a happy medium. Men say my handshakes are fine... women aren't impressed.... I don't really want to hurt them so I hold back a bit.

Got job hunting is such crap.

Yes, job hunting is a bunch of crap. I hate it, and now you can hate it too!
Back when I first got out of college, the rule for guys was to only shake hands with a woman if they raised their hand first. Then, we were supposed to use an equal amount of pressure, whatever that amount of pressure was. I never have heard of an intentional crappy handshake. I'd say if they do that, they'll be doing all sorts of other shit to trip you up so fuck them & leave.
Just remember that 99% of the time the person giving the interview is just as nervous as you are. I have spoken to so many people that GIVE interviews & they all hate to do it so don't be intimidated.
Good luck & be sure you have a few questions to ask from doing some on-line research of their company & their industry.
