Down The Rabbit Hole

“"If I had a world of my own, everything would be nonsense. Nothing would be what it is, because everything would be what it isn't. And contrary wise, what is, it wouldn't be. And what it wouldn't be, it would. You see?” “She generally gave herself very good advice, (though she very seldom followed it)”

Can You Believe This?

I can finally afford some new clothes! Five finger discount and not penalized for it.

RIGHT ON!

Thanks Wal-mart for being a pushover

Why does this not surprise me(the Wal-Mart thing, not you planning a life of crime)? Next thing you know, they'll equip their greeters with oversized coats to hand out to the prospective pilferers.

Well why not take it a step further and place marked down clothing outside the store for a side walk (off) sale...

Ironic because I work with a lot of companies that sell to Walmart, and Walmart is the biggest thief out there. They charge their vendors for all sorts of make believe bullshit to discount their purchase. The small vendors accept the thievery or lose the Walmart sales. I have seen more than one company go down the drains from Walmart squeezing their profit margins to thin and eventually to nothing.

Fuck them. Steal enough for me too. Make sure you get some good skull clothes.

Thinking of that Johnny Cash song where he stole a Cadillac one piece at a time.

Boo...the words Wal-Mart and value do not belong in the same sentence...

This sort of blew my mind when I heard it because the first thing I thought was, "Who buys anything worth more than $25 at Wal-Mart anyway?" and then I thought, "Prices will go up so the consumer has to cover the losses." and then I wondered, "How does this allow them to focus more on employee theft, exactly?"

So basically, this is a ridiculous policy and someone was smoking the crack when they made it.
