Fucking Finances
I hate money. I hate it with every fiber of my being.
I am sure most of you do to, at least the one's reading this that owe in (big).
I have to somehow find a way to come up with $2,000.00 yes two thousand dollars by the seventeenth of this month so that I don't have to go to court and end up paying a $6,500.00 total.
And I wonder why girls become prostitutes.
All of this bad debt stuff started when I had to go and get locked up for a couple months for a nervous breakdown and slitting my wrist. Now I feel like I want to do it all over again.
God damn those viscious cycles. You can never really get out of them, they cycles just get longer and longer, but you still rotate back to where you initally began.
I need money.....

Sorry to hear things are tough for you, believe me I know what it's like getting stuck in a vicious cycle like that. I hope things get better soon.
it's like you can get out of one debt... then all of a sudden you have another one you have to fix.
SHEESH
I'm so sorry. I hope that once you get this 2k the cycle will close and you can get ahead.
Good luck! And thanks for stopping by.
Hmmmmm... thought about it.
My Fico score is 612, which is really really good. Bankruptcy, from what I hear will start you from scratch again.
Also, upon adding up all my debts it hits at about 10,000.00 which is very small compared to most people who file bankruptcy.
It just seems like once I get out of once debt the next day I am hit up for payment of another.
I can't seem to stay afloat between each debt.
Although I do have to say that commenting on your comments is making me feel a little bit calmer now than what I was.
Nothing like receiving suggestions from impartial (and intelligent) people.
I don't think it's a good idea to declare yourself bankrupt and obviously I don't really know your situation, but maybe you should start by just sitting down and sorting out your finances. Maybe you could try and cut down your spending on a particular thing. I know that wont necessarily get you 2000 dollars straight away, but it's a start!
Hell of a good start. Thank you beaky for the advice.
Got a book called the money book for the fabulous young and broke by Suze Orman.
Got some good suggestions for where to got after you have agood start. Just gotta get to that starting point.
See if you can get the court to provide a compromise or an interest only payment for a while,,,or can you work off your debt with volunteer labor? Try to think outside the box.
There are a lot of excellent suggestions here--I'll add that I hope things work out for you.

Fantasticalice, I couldn't agree more. I also hate money with every fiber of my being. Alot of people don't believe me when I say, I don't want to be rich. I just want to be okay. And I do think that the saying, "More money, more problems" couldn't be more true. I'm in a bit of a mess too, but I'm an idiot and still go on vacations alot these day's. Maybe that's my "out" from my financial issues. I don't create more problems financially by going, I just don't get those already existing out of the way.
I wish you luck with your problems and please don't do anything crazy. It will, somehow, someday get better. Just remember where slitting your wrist got you the first time.
*Sending love your way*
FantasticAlice...it sounds so bleak but you have to be objective..which is hard when your in the middle of such shit..if its a secured debt its important..if its unsecured it dont fucking matter..your credit score will survive a bankruptcy believe me, i ran an atty's office that did nothing but file BK's.But I will say that BK is only for people that have nothing else to lose except a home and they file to save it..filing BK on unsecured debt is not always the best thing. Please get a free appraisal with a reputable attorney..not some jackass that just wants your cash..my ol boss was a good one and he would be honest w/people and many times he counselled them to NOT file and told them why and what to do instead..you got options..you really do..please dont go backwards in your life by which i mean keep your wits about you and think it through..dont just lanquish in the fact that your broke..your gonna be ok..that which does not kill us only makes us stronger..at least that's what the movie said..and i love that line..
Hellow, Alice. Thank you for your request. Come by my website when you can. I posted it for you.
I hate money, I always buy stuff I can’t afford and spend ages paying it off.
I don’t think bankruptcy is such a good idea, I don’t know about the states but in NZ if you declare bankrupt your credit is screwed for like 7 -10 years, you can’t even get a phone account.
A couple of unusual suggestions, set up a paypal link, you have heaps of friends on the net who would happily give you $20 or $30 to see you happy and out of trouble, or a more far out suggestion would be to create some sort of internet scam, fleece people on the other side of the world to pay the bills, I would suggest to only use it for as long as you need because you don’t want to draw to much attention to your self but this is probably only for people that have the time to set it up properly hahahaha, on second thought it’s probably not such a good idea that one.
But give the paypal a go, I’ll give you $20 to help you out and i'm sure plenty of others will too
